Just as you wouldn’t file a lawsuit without an Attorney representing you, or undergo an IRS audit without your Accountant, it’s wise to have a Public Adjuster represent you in negotiating an insurance claim.

I’m passionate about being an Advocate for my clients. I have never advertised — I’m active in the community and all of my clients are referrals. That means I’m committed to doing a good job for you.

While many public adjusters will close your claim after receiving the first check (usually a small percentage of what you deserve) I will pursue your claim to the end, usually getting two, three, four checks or more until you’ve received a fair settlement. I will not close your claim until the reconstruction is complete.

It’s up to you to prove the extent of your loss to the insurance company. Failing to satisfy policy conditions can substantially reduce your settlement or cause your claim to be denied.
